Crystal Care Support provides one to one  support  tailored toward individual person-centered needs.  Support is provided to young people by trained Support Workers.

​Our trained staff are experienced  to work with young people with emotional needs, special needs and additional needs.
At Crystal Care, we support our young people smooth transitioning to adulthood. Additionally, we work to
i. Access Activities in the Community
ii. Attend Court and YOT appointments
iii. Attend Medical appointments
iv. Access Education, Training or Employment
v. Attend Contact/Family meetings
vi. Gain Independent Living Skills such as budgeting,opening of bank account, cooking, vii cleaning and shopping.
Our team of specialised Support Workers also provide Crisis Support, Welfare Checks and a Sitting service.
